Questions
What event teams ask us
How much does it cost to book a stand-up comedian for a corporate event in India?
For a professional comedian on the C4E roster, a 30-minute corporate set starts at ₹25,000 and a 45-minute set at ₹35,000. Hosting an evening runs from ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000 depending on how long the host is on stage and how much of the run of show they carry. Travel, stay and taxes are quoted separately. Rates for every act are published on their profile page.
Is stand-up comedy safe for a corporate audience?
It is if you book someone who works clean. Every act C4E represents performs without blue material and without politics as standard. Ask for the corporate set on video before you book, not the open-room set. The two are different and only one of them is written for your room.
How long before the event should we book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable. A customised corporate set needs a briefing call and writing time, and the good dates in December and January go early. Shorter notice is often possible, so ask rather than assume.
What do you need from us for a customised set?
A short briefing call. What the company does, how the teams are organised, the running jokes, the recent wins, and above all what is off limits. Names and specifics are what make the room feel seen. We turn that into material and clear anything sensitive with you before the show.
Can the comedian also host the evening?
Yes, and it usually costs less than booking two people. Every act on the roster hosts as well as performs: award nights, annual days, product launches and quizzes.
What do you need on site?
A stage or a clear performance area, a working handheld or lapel mic with a spare, a light on the performer's face, and the audience seated facing the stage. Comedy dies in a room where people are eating with their backs turned. We will walk your AV team through it.
Got a date in mind?
Send it over with the city and the audience. You will have a quote within a working day.
