For artists
Artist registration for comedians, anchors and live performers
Put your set and your rate in front of the people who book live acts: event agencies, HR teams, wedding planners. Free to register. We only list performers whose work we have watched.
What you get
Why register
- 1
A page with your name on it
Photo, bio, your set on video and your rate, at c4etalent.com/your-name. Buyers search for a performer's name before they book. Parijat Sarkar's page shows on the first page of Google for his.
- 2
Enquiries that already fit your fee
Your rate sits on the page, so the people who write in have seen it. Fewer calls that end at the number.
- 3
Your name in front of event agencies
Our list this season has 70 event agencies across India and the UAE, the companies that put entertainment into weddings, offsites and launches. When a brief fits you, we put you forward.
- 4
Paperwork in writing before you say yes
On gigs we bring, the fee, GST, TDS, travel, cancellation and the date you get paid are written down before you accept. You're paid within 7 days of the client paying us, and we chase the client, not you.
Two ways to work with us
A page, or representation
Most artists start with a page. Representation is for the people we already book often.
| A page on C4E Talent | Represented by C4E | |
|---|---|---|
| How you join | Register below. We watch your set. | By invitation, usually after gigs through your page. |
| What it costs | Nothing to list. 15% of the fee on gigs we bring. Nothing on gigs you find yourself. | 20% commission, set out in a written agreement. |
| Exclusive? | No. Keep your own gigs and other agents. | Agreed in the contract, case by case. |
| What we do | Host your page, pass on enquiries, put you forward when a brief fits. | Quotes, client briefs, contracts, invoices, follow-up. Your bookings, handled. |
| On your page | Your name, set, rate. | The same, marked “Represented by C4E”. |

Before you apply
What a page needs
Event buyers book from proof. A page goes up when it has all five.
- 1.A full set or a long clip on video. Ten minutes on a real stage, not a reel.
- 2.A clear photo of you. A live shot works.
- 3.About 150 words on your work: how long, which rooms, which clients.
- 4.Your city, the languages you perform in, and how far you travel.
- 5.What you charge. A range is fine. We won't change it without asking you.

Questions
What artists ask us
Does it cost anything to register?
No. A page on C4E Talent is free. When a gig comes to you through us, our fee is 15% of your fee for that gig, and it is written into the gig before you accept. Gigs you find yourself stay yours, with nothing to us.
When do I get paid?
Within 7 days of the client paying us, less our 15% and any TDS, itemised on the statement that comes with the payment. The payment date is written into every gig before you accept it. If the client is late, we chase them, not you.
Do I have to be exclusive to C4E?
Not for a page. You keep your own bookings, your other agents and your own social media. Representation is different: if we manage you, the terms, including any exclusivity, are agreed in a written contract first.
I've only done open mics. Can I apply?
Yes, if you have a full set on video. We judge the set, not the follower count. If you don't have one yet, record your next good spot and apply with that.
Who decides whether my page goes up?
A person at C4E watches your video. The page goes up when we have the five things on this page and the set would hold a paying room. If it isn't ready, we say what is missing.
What happens to my details?
We use them to assess your work and to reply. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone outside C4E. Your phone number never appears on your public page; enquiries come to C4E and we pass them to you.
What does representation by C4E mean?
We manage your bookings end to end: the quote, the client brief, the contract, the invoice and the follow-up. It is by invitation, usually after you have done a few gigs through your page. Our commission is 20%, and the term and any exclusivity are set out in a written agreement before anything starts.
