What we collect
- Booking enquiries. What you type into the enquiry form: name, email, phone, organisation, event details, budget and notes.
- Artist registrations. What you type into the artist form: name, email, phone, city, act, languages, video and Instagram links, fee range and notes.
- Usage data. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record which pages are visited, roughly from where, on what device, and how the page is scrolled and clicked. They set cookies to do it.
Why
Enquiries are used to reply to you and quote for your event. Artist registrations are used to assess your work, reply to you and, if you agree, build your page. Usage data tells us which pages help people and which don’t. We don’t sell any of it and we don’t use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and a copy is emailed to C4E’s inbox. Nobody can read the stored submissions from the website, including the page that sent them. Usage data is held by Google and Microsoft under their own terms.
Who sees it
People at C4E who handle bookings and talent. When you ask us to book an artist, we share the event details they need to quote and perform. When we put an artist forward for a gig, we share their public page and rate, never their phone number or email without asking them first.
How long
As long as it is useful for the booking or the artist relationship, and no longer than three years after we last heard from you, unless the law requires us to keep invoices and contracts for longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to talent@c4e.in. We act on it within 30 days. You can block analytics cookies in your browser at any time; the site works without them.
